General Rules of Use

To ensure a positive experience for everyone, we ask you to observe the following rules

Punctuality

Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. Delays of more than 15 minutes may result in rescheduling your consultation.

Documentation

It is mandatory to present valid identification and health card at each visit. Also bring previous medical reports if available.

Companions

A maximum of one companion per patient is allowed in consultations, except in cases of minors or persons requiring special assistance.

Silence

Keep mobile phones on silent mode. Phone calls should be made in designated areas outside waiting rooms.

Smoke-Free Zone

The entire hospital is a smoke-free zone. Smoking, vaping, or using electronic cigarettes is prohibited in all indoor and outdoor facilities.

Minors

Minors must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times within the facilities.
