To ensure a positive experience for everyone, we ask you to observe the following rules
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. Delays of more than 15 minutes may result in rescheduling your consultation.
It is mandatory to present valid identification and health card at each visit. Also bring previous medical reports if available.
A maximum of one companion per patient is allowed in consultations, except in cases of minors or persons requiring special assistance.
Keep mobile phones on silent mode. Phone calls should be made in designated areas outside waiting rooms.
The entire hospital is a smoke-free zone. Smoking, vaping, or using electronic cigarettes is prohibited in all indoor and outdoor facilities.
Minors must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times within the facilities.

You will receive a detailed invoice after each service. Invoices are available in physical and electronic format. You can request them at reception or by email.
We work with major insurance companies. Check with your insurer about coverage of our services. Our staff will help you with reimbursement management.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a charge of 50% of the consultation value.
We maintain the highest standards of hygiene and health safety
We ask all visitors to use the hand sanitizer dispensers available at the entrance and in all areas of the hospital.
Mask use is mandatory in certain areas of the hospital and recommended for people with respiratory symptoms.
If you have a fever, cough, or respiratory symptoms, please inform the staff at reception before accessing the facilities.
Maintain a reasonable distance from other patients and visitors in common areas and waiting rooms.
All areas are cleaned and disinfected regularly following strict hospital protocols and health regulations.
In case of emergency, our staff is trained to act immediately. Follow staff instructions at all times.
